Too many children these days spend a majority of their time indoors playing video games and watching television instead of playing sports and other activities
that get them outside exercising and running around. This, along with fast food and poor eating habits, is why so many more children are overweight now than
ever before. Parents should encourage their children to spend more time enjoying sports and recreational activities by participating with their children. It's hard
with the busy lives we live to find the time for these activities but it's important enough to our children's development and health that we should make the time.
